Troop 18 has a long history of helping young men in the local community to grow and develop their character while learning valuable life skills.  Our roots trace back to 1914 so we have been around more than 100 years.  To the left is the first picture of the troop taken in 1914.

Today we are a very proud group. Proud of the fact that we have developed over 100 Eagle scouts from this troop. Proud that we continue to serve the needs of young men and that of the community.  We are proud and eager to participate in the community serving the needs of Jackson County.

Scouting is open to young men aged 11 - 18 years old.  If you have or know of a young man that would like to join please do not hesitate to contact us.
